Digital showroom app gaining traction

Hyderabad DotPe owned Digital Showroom, a full-stack commerce solution, said on Friday that it is continuously working towards helping offline merchants from every corner of India to run their business conveniently and cost-effectively. The O2O commerce brand has registered almost 1 lakh merchants in Hyderabad within just one year of launch.

The platform gives businesses access to a complete suite of solutions that provide free catalog listing, marketing tools, and integrated online payment solutions. It also helps businesses establish a unique identity in the market through custom domain names and a huge library of themes for their websites.

They can also exchange and upgrade from one theme to another. The platform has helped many merchants grow and expand their business. One of the popular D2Cbrands is Fruitoholic, a fruit selling and cold pressed juices brand in Hyderabad, which was founded by Rahat Achanta. He has been one of the early adopters of Digital Showroom. His brand has so far registered a sale of 17 lakh by digitising itself through Digital Showroom.

Rahat Achanta, said: "True to the nature of a startup, we were having our own constraints with respect to developing a platform for consumers to order from. While we completely focus on the product, we wanted someone to take care of the platform without taking much of our bandwidth and even better if they come at no cost. Digital Showroom helped us big time in that way to kickstart our work."

Gyanesh Sharma, Co-Founder, Digital Showroom, said: "Since the launch, our aim has been to help Indian businesses go digital and contribute towards PM Modi's Digital India vision. We have helped multiple merchants across metros, tier 2&3 cities to take their business online."

The pandemic has accelerated the digital revolution and there has been a rapid increase in the demand for Digital Showroom due to its best-in-class product experience. The merchants have almost 25-30 per cent repeat buyers clearly showcasing a consumer stickiness. Within a year, over 6 million merchants across the country have registered themselves on the Digital Showroom app.
