December 2025 Smartphones: Vivo, Xiaomi, Realme & OnePlus Unveil New Devices

The smartphone market of India is going to have a very busy December, with the major companies Vivo, Xiaomi, Realme, and OnePlus planning to launch new smartphones this month. They want to keep up the pace after a good November when OnePlus, Oppo, Realme, and iQOO made their flagship devices like the OnePlus 15, GT 8 Pro, Find X9 series, and iQOO 15 series.
Vivo X300 Series on December 2
The X300 series of Vivo, which is much awaited and originally was supposed to be released in November, will now be launched on 2nd December. The series consists of two models the X300 standard version and the premium version that is X300 Pro.
The X300 is being equipped with a 6.31 inch LTPO AMOLED display that has 1.5k resolution (2640×1216p) and the refresh rate is variable from 1Hz to 120Hz. The display has a peak brightness of 4,500 nits and is protected with Armour Glass. The phone is certified IP68 and IP69 for water and dust resistance.
The main features of the hardware consist of the MediaTek Dimensity processor (3nm) with a clock speed of 9500, LPDDR5X RAM (12GB/16GB), UFS 4.1 (up to 1TB) storage, and 6,040mAh battery charging (wired 90W, wireless 40W) along with reverse wireless charging. The camera system includes 200MP main, 50MP ultrawide, and 50MP periscope telephoto with ZEISS optics. A 50MP camera is also provided for the front for selfies and video calls.
The X300 Pro takes the challenge with a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED screen (2800×1260p) that has the same 1–120Hz refresh rate and 4,500-nit peak brightness. It has a powerful 6,510mAh battery, has triple rear cameras (200MP main periscope telephoto, 50MP ultra-wide, 50MP main), ZEISS T* coating, and cutting-edge imaging chips.
Xiaomi Redmi 15C Launch on December 3
Xiaomi will finally bring its budget Redmi 15C smartphone to India on December 3, after its launch in China earlier this month. The phone's other key specs include a 6.9-inch HD+ display, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and an 8MP selfie camera. Besides this, it uses Android-based HyperOS, has a dual-camera setup of 50MP in the main and 2MP in the depth sensor, and is sustained by a hefty 6,000mAh battery with 33W rapid charging support.
Realme P4x Series Arrives December 4
Realme is launching the P4x series of smartphones on December 4. In order to cater to the needs of gamers, the devices can showcase 90 FPS for BGMI and 120 FPS for Free Fire without any lag. The heat produced during gaming is effectively managed by a 5,300mm² VC cooling system that is capable of bringing down CPU temperature by as much as 20°C. The new phones will be powered by the most current MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G chipset and will have a larger 7,000mAh battery along with a 45W fast charging feature.
OnePlus 15R Set for December 17 Release
OnePlus will be launching the 15R globally, including in India, on December 17. The gadget will come equipped with a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display that supports a refresh rate of 165Hz, an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and the capability to use two SIM cards. The processing unit will be Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 with RAM variants of either 12GB or 16GB and storage options of up to 1TB via UFS 4.1. A dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP lens with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide camera as well as a 16MP front camera will take care of the photography.
December is going to be a month of various smartphone choices, from top-of-the-line models to budget-friendly ones, hence it will be an interesting month for Indian consumers who love to buy smartphones.
