CDK earns national workplace excellence recognition for 2025

Hyderabad: CDK, a global leader in automotive retail software, has been named one of India’s Top 100 IT & ITES Workplaces for 2025 by Great Place to Work, reaffirming its commitment to building a transparent, inclusive, and trust-driven workculture. The honour is conferred by the world’s foremost authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviour.

The annual ranking is based on major components such as quality of workplace experience, evaluating trust, fairness, respect, and camaraderie. Also this assessment examines leadership effectiveness, core values, systems, and programs that shape the employee experience and enable growth.

• 92 per cent of employees said they could take time off when needed.

• 93 per cent reported feeling welcomed by colleagues and management upon joining.

• 87 per cent affirmed experiencing a friendly, collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.
