Realme has launched a new phone in India called P4x 5G, intended for users who want a mid-range smartphone with top performance and a long-lasting battery. The device has a massive 7,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra chip. Besides, it has a dual-camera setup with a 50MP sensor as the main.
The 6.72-inch display offers stunning visuals backed by a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1,000 nits. Besides, Realme has also given the P4x 5G a certification of IP64, which means it is resistant to dust and splashes. The device is aimed at performance-conscious users who still want a reliable phone but at a reasonable price.
Realme P4x 5G comes in three options:
6GB RAM + 128GB storage: Rs 15,499 (launch offer price: Rs 13,499)
8GB RAM + 128GB storage: Rs 16,999
8GB RAM + 256GB storage: Rs 17,999
It comes in three colors: Matte Silver, Elegant Pink, and Lake Green. The first sale will be on December 10 at 12 PM IST on Flipkart, realme.com, and going through retail partners. Coupons and bank discounts of up to Rs 2,500 are available for the customers depending on the channel used.
The rear of the P4x 5G consists of a camera system comprising a 50MP AI-assisted primary sensor which can record 4K videos and a set of AI functionalities like Eraser, Motion Deblur, and Glare Remover as well. There’s an 8MP front camera for selfies.
With a mere thickness of 8.39mm and a weight of 208 grams, the phone has a “space-inspired” design along with a vertically-placed oval camera module. Dual speakers are there to provide better audio output during gaming and watching movies.
The phone supports dual-SIM (Nano+Nano) and operates on Realme UI 6.0. The LCD panel offers full-HD resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) at 391ppi pixel density. Connectivity options for the P4x 5G include 5G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, and a variety of satellite navigation systems: BeiDou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS.
The smartphone’s internal hardware consists of a 6nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra processor, with a maximum of 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The RAM can be virtually expanded to 18GB to support even more applications running at the same time.
According to Realme, the P4x 5G gives the best performance in its class. More than 780,000 points on AnTuTu are mentioned as the score of the device, and 90 FPS gaming is supported in such titles as BGMI and Call of Duty: Mobile. Moreover, the phone is even capable of running Free Fire at 120 FPS.
