Bengaluru as TecHalli

The change in the name from Silicon Valley, Bengaluru to 'TecHalli' is a great move since the latter 'Halli' meaning 'village' in Kannada gives the city a more localistic & friendly exterior and sets the prestigious Valley apart from the rest of the cities in India. So, the proposed moniker is apt for the city.
