Bengaluru as TecHalli

I do not have a strong opinion on the matter. While it seems like a good idea to have a stronger Indian identity for the birth pool of startups and unicorns, it would make more sense to have a moniker instead of an actual name. Rebranding/Renaming Bengaluru as 'TechHalli' seems like an unnecessary exercise.
