EA has announced the Battlefield 6 Open Beta schedule, giving players early hands-on time with the upcoming first-person shooter. The beta rollout spans three phases across August, offering varying levels of access on supported platforms.
Access Timeline for Battlefield 6 Open Beta
The Battlefield 6 Open Beta will run in three distinct stages:
* Early Access: August 7–8 — This access period is exclusive to Battlefield Labs members who completed registration by July 31. These players can log in using their linked EA accounts. Additionally, Twitch Drops will unlock early access for users who watch designated streamers during the official reveal event on July 31.
* Open Beta Weekend 1: August 9–10 — Available without codes or pre-orders. All users on compatible platforms are eligible to join.
* Open Beta Weekend 2: August 14–17 — A second, extended session also open to all participants, no registration required.
All beta sessions will begin at 8:00 UTC (1:00 AM PT) on the specified dates.
Preloading begins August 4 at 15:00 UTC (8:00 AM PT), allowing players to install the beta client ahead of launch.
The Open Beta will be accessible through the following platforms:
