Apple iPhone 17 Launch Dates, Prices and Specs Leaked

Apple’s iPhone 17 series is projected to launch between September 8–10, 2025, as per industry insider Mark Gurman. The upcoming release will include four variants: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max. The iPhone 17 Air is speculated to replace the current Plus model, introducing a slimmer and more compact alternative.
The iPhone 17 front camera is expected to undergo a significant update, shifting from a 12MP to a 24MP sensor. This change is intended to improve photo clarity and video output. The base version will likely maintain a dual rear camera module with a primary 48MP sensor. The iPhone 17 Pro Max is anticipated to come equipped with a trio of 48MP cameras—covering wide-angle, ultra-wide, and telephoto capabilities—with potential support for 8K video capture.
The iPhone 17 Air is reported to feature a 6.6-inch display and a profile nearly 2mm thinner than the iPhone 16 Pro. The standard iPhone 17 may see a screen size increase to 6.3 inches, while the iPhone 17 Pro Max is expected to retain its 6.9-inch screen size.
Initial pricing leaks indicate the base iPhone 17 could start at Rs 79,900 in India, $799 in the U.S., and AED 2,934 in the UAE. The iPhone 17 Air may enter the market at Rs 89,900, $899, and AED 3,799, respectively. The iPhone 17 Pro is estimated to cost Rs 1,45,990 in India, $1,199 in the U.S., and AED 4,403 in the UAE. At the top end, the iPhone 17 Pro Max might debut at Rs 1,64,990, $2,300, and AED 7,074 across the mentioned regions.
