Samsung showcases bespoke AI kitchen Innovations at KBIS 2026

Samsung Electronics unveiled its latest connected and AI-powered kitchen innovations at Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) 2026 in Orlando, Florida. Highlighting its Bespoke AI lineup and premium built-in brand Dacor, Samsung demonstrated how artificial intelligence, smart connectivity and sophisticated design are redefining modern kitchen experiences.
Dacor Brings ‘Premium Wine Culture’ to the Modern Kitchen
At the exhibition, Dacor showcased a dedicated range of wine-focused appliances aimed at enthusiasts and luxury homeowners. Key products included a 24-inch undercounter wine cellar, wine column and a built-in wine dispenser capable of storing up to four bottles with dual temperature zones for red and white wines. The dispenser allows precise serving with a simple touch, blending convenience with elegance.
Dacor also highlighted its “hidden kitchen” concept, where appliances seamlessly integrate into cabinetry or curved furniture to maintain a clean, minimalist aesthetic. The lineup includes refrigerators, cooktops and the 2025 LUXE RED Design Award-winning 24-inch dishwasher, combining visual harmony with everyday functionality. All appliances support SmartThings connectivity for centralized control.
Bespoke AI Elevates Smart Kitchen Experiences
Samsung’s Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub took center stage with AI Vision technology, which uses camera-based recognition to identify food items and help users manage groceries efficiently. The system currently recognizes dozens of fresh and packaged food items, with plans to expand its capabilities further.
Visitors also experienced Bespoke AI dishwashers, ovens and laundry appliances, all connected through SmartThings and enhanced with Bixby voice control. Users can request recipe suggestions, receive guided cooking instructions and monitor appliances remotely via smartphones.
Focus on Reliability and After-Sales Support
Samsung emphasized reliability as a core pillar of its AI ecosystem. Through Home Appliance Remote Management (HRM), consumers can access proactive monitoring, diagnostics and remote support, alongside regular software updates to ensure long-term performance and peace of mind.
