CREDAI MCHI Raigad Unit Conducts Seminar on AI in RE Green Building

The seminar was graced by Mr. Ganesh Shetye, Additional Commissioner, Panvel Municipal Corporation, as the Chief Guest. Mr. Keval Valambhia, COO, CREDAI MCHI, was also present at the event.

During his address, Additional Commissioner Mr. Shetye informed members about the Panvel Municipal Corporation’s ambitious and aggressive tree plantation drive, with a target of planting 1 lakh trees across its jurisdiction.

Mr. Keval Valmbhia, COO of CREDAI–MCHI, emphasizes the growing importance of addressing environmental concerns at the international level.

Mr. Arvind M. Sawlekar, Hon. President of CREDAI MCHI Raigad, welcomed all the builders and developers for their overwhelming participation and extended a warm welcome to Additional Commissioner Mr. Shetye for attending and supporting the seminar.

Mr. R. Srinivasan emphasized the importance of adopting the Green Building Concept and highlighted the various benefits builders can achieve through its implementation.

Mr. Jay Shah explained innovative methods for optimizing open spaces to create additional built-up area without violating planning norms, ultimately enhancing project profitability.

The seminar concluded as an overwhelming success, with participants actively engaging in a dynamic question-and-answer session. All queries were addressed comprehensively by the speakers.

Mr. Hitendra Ghadia, Vice President and Convener of the Green Building Committee, played a pivotal role in making the seminar a grand success. Committee members, especially Mr. Pratik Pote, Mr. Ashiyan Khot, Mr. Jitesh Agrawal, Mr. Anirudha Sawlekar, along with other managing committee members, also contributed greatly to the event's success. Mr. Rishabh Prajapati, who served as the MOC, performed exceptionally as the Event Compere and ensured the smooth flow of the event.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Rakesh Prajapati, Hon. Secretary, CREDAI MCHI Raigad Unit, followed by a networking dinner.
