Telangana Shivers as Hyderabad Sees Coldest Morning of the Season

Winter has completely taken over the Telugu states, and this time the cold wave has brought a shocker. While the lowest temperatures in Telangana were usually recorded in the most distant, secluded, and configured places, Hyderabad has, in fact, become the coldest area in the locality.

The city’s early hours have turned to be freezing and shocking with temperatures going down to levels not even thought of by the meteorologists. People living in Hyderabad are facing the toughest morning because of the foggy skies, chilly wind, and the considerable fall in temperature as the usual morning routine is already tough.

Cold Wave Intensifies Across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh

The Meteorological Department has also put a stamp on the harsh conditions being faced by the Telugu states and announced that the weather pattern is likely to last for the next few days. To tell the truth, the cold is going to further intensify and spread.

Traditionally during winter, the villages are the ones to get the lowest temperatures but this year nature has completely reversed the situation. The urban heat island effect, if any, in the city has almost disappeared and Hyderabad's temperature has in fact gone down to that of many rural places hence making it colder.

People living in the city are experiencing the cold more intensively than ever before; hence, thick jackets, scarves, and early morning use of electric heaters have become the new lifestyle.
