Telangana state BJP official spokesperson N V Subhash on Monday affirmed that upholding abrogation of article 370 and 35A by apex court is a “historic day for India.”
In a press release, Subhash said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi undertook historic task of including Jammu and Kashmir into the main ideology of the country for which crores of people have already expressed their gratitude to Modi. The verdict passed by Supreme Court is not just a legal judgement, but it is a hope, a promise to build a strong and united India.”
He further said that the Supreme Court has opined that there was no mala fide intention behind the Modi government’s decision, process and order to abrogate the article 370 and 35A. Every decision taken by the Prime Minister has been a commitment to protect and secure sovereignty of India, he said.
