Hyderabad: Telugu Desam Party’s AP State president Kinjarapu Atchannaidu on Thursday said that a joint public meeting will be conducted by Telugu Desam and Janasena parties on February 28 on a grand scale.
Addressing the media after the internal meeting of TDP and Janasena in Vijayawada, Atchannaidu said that a committee comprising six members from TDP and 6 from Janasena will take care of the preparations for the grand public meeting in Tadepalligudem Assembly Constituency.
The TDP AP President said that the alliance between TDP and Janasena has been warmly welcomed by the people of the State. He revealed that five crore people in Andhra Pradesh are unhappy with Jagan Reddy’s governance and are ready to defeat him in the upcoming elections. He further said that YSRCP’s attacks on media offices signify an assault on democracy itself. Revealing that both TDP and Janasena parties have already held three internal meetings regarding the discussion of the joint manifesto, he disclosed that a complete joint manifesto will be released soon.
