Hyderabad: The Decorative Division of Nippon Paint India, a paint manufacturer, introduced Walltron Hydroshield Damproof paint which helps reduce the indoor temperature of buildings. The product aims to support Telangana State’s cool roof Policy to ensure good quality of life by mitigating the effect of heat islands.

The product range is available for sale at over 150 dealer touchpoints across Telangana. The introduction of Walltron Hydroshield Damproof coating by Nippon Paint marked a significant turning point in the company's mission to offer distinctive, cutting-edge solutions that would improve Indian consumers' quality of life. The company says the new product guarantees consumers a temperature reduction of 7 to 10 degrees along with a 10-year waterproofing warranty.
