Jagan sounds election bugle, tells party cadres to try for Mission 175

0Vijayawada Sounding election bugle for 2024 and explaining the need to take programmes being implemented by the YSRCP Government as part of its manifesto, Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has laid out a concrete roadmap to win the upcoming polls with a record margin.

During recent interactive meets with party activists and functionaries and mainly during a brain-storming session with key leaders, newly appointed regional coordinators, district presidents and constituency in-charges at Tadepalli on Thursday evening, he exhorted that party's goal to achieve 175/175 in the Assembly is not impossible and can be achieved easily with persistent efforts.

Describing the road ahead, the CM asserted that all leaders irrespective of their positions should ensure that every household in villages and ward secretariats is touched by YSRCP leaders in the coming days. He asserted that the priority of the leaders should be to strengthen the party at the booth level and propagate the achievements of the government and counter the misleading propaganda by the Opposition.

Explaining further, the CM said that a targeted plan has been designed to make sure all the families across the State are made aware of the welfare schemes implemented by the YSRCP Government and asked the leaders to ensure effective door-to-door awareness programmes in every village.

Elaborating on the mega outreach plan, the CM shared that the party has designed a programme to meet 1.66 crore families in 10-15 days. *At village secretariat level, three convenors from the party will be appointed to oversee the operations. Among these three, two of them (one male & female each) will be responsible to reach out to a cluster of 50 families. They will be responsible for carrying the party's message and distributing publicity material/ collateral."
