Hyderabad: The East part of Hyderabad lacks infrastructure, and western parts of the city is congested with added woes of drainage problems, whereas North Hyderabad such as Kompally is affordable, has sunrise industry that is the logistics park, warehouses and support of government policy with the adoption of Grid (growth in dispersion) which makes North Hyderabad an attractive destination for real estate investments, say realtors and Hyderabad Credai members.

Hyderabad Chapter of Credai (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India), an apex body of real estate developers, on Thursday announced the 12th Credai Hyderabad Property Show. The event will be held on November 5 and 6, 2022 at Auspacious Convention Centre in Kompally.

Speaking at the announcement, P Ramakrishna Rao, president, Credai Hyderabad emphasised on the need to highlight property investments in North Hyderabad. "The government has adopted the Grid policy to ensure growth across the city. The government has built industrial corridors with incentives as per the Grid policy spreading growth through the outer ring road. North Hyderabad has been known for warehouses, Genome valley and medical devices park. Hence, we have decided to bring the focus on this rising hub."

While the president termed western parts of Hyderabad as congested combined with drainage issues daunting the residents here, V Rajashekar Reddy, General Secretary, Credai Hyderabad, of Credai called out east part of the city for lack of infrastructure.

The property show will have on display 45 exhibitors showcasing apartments, plots and others by builders and developers. Amidst an increase in home loan interest rates, bankers are also expected to be present.

Credai Hyderabad members slammed the reports released by property consultants. The reports have mentioned unsold inventory of properties in this city to be high and also stated real estate cost in Hyderabad to be the second highest. The president termed these reports as data poverty on behalf of property consultants and also claimed modus operandi of a segment of people wanting to downplay real estate market in Hyderabad.
