Hyderabad: Taking a dig at Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge’s statement, Telangana state BJP official spokesperson N V Subhash alleged that the guarantees announced by Congress is made to lure the people for vote so as to later ‘loot’ the Country, when in power.
Kharge on Monday had alleged that ‘Modi ki Guarantee is adulterated with the power of lies.’ He was indicating towards a promise made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2020 to provide houses to all citizens of India by 2022.
Subhash contradicting Kharge’s allegation said that the Prime Minister’s guarantee is for the growth of the country while Congress guarantee is adulterated with lust of power.
“Modi government never promises of any impractical guarantees where as Congress party makes promises and gives out guarantees which have a direct and negative impact on the economy of the country,” he added saying that the Congress party does not operate with the future of India under consideration.
Speaking about the importance of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections for Congress, Subhash said that the poll is last resort for the party to protect its existence in the Indian politics.
Reacting to the remarks made by Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, the senior BJP leader said “nobody on the earth can destroy “Shakti ” (a symbol of truth and a symbol of strength). Prime Minister Narendra Modi has clarified that he is a worshiper of “Shakti,” and the coming elections will be between those who worship Shakti and those who want to destroy it.”
