CM sanctions Rs. 1 cr for toddler's treatment

Vijayawada: The parents of a three-year old toddler Honey on Wednesday met Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and profusely thanked him for his timely help and sanction of Rs 1 crore for her treatment.

Honey is diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder. The girl's parent K Rambabu and Nagalakshmi said the child was suffering from Gaucher disease and after his timely intervention, they saw a ray of hope for her survival.

The parents called on the Chief Minister at his camp office and met him on the occasion of Honey's birthday.
