Director Vivek Agnihotri, who has made a compelling portrayal of the insurgency that broke out in Jammu and Kashmir in the 1990s in 'The Kashmir Files', has made another true-life film, 'The Bengal Files'. Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, Pallavi Joshi, Darshan Kumar and others played key roles. It is known that this film is based on the riots that took place in Kolkata in August 1946. The director has brought the problems faced by the people of Bengal to the silver screen with this film. However, the movie could not gain popularity on the level of 'Kashmir Files'. Now it is ready to entertain as an OTT platform. It will be streaming on the popular OTT platform Zee5 from November 21st. Zee5 shared a poster to inform about this.
