Movie plot
Sagar (Ram) is a simple boy who comes from a remote village in Sri Lanka and studies in a polytechnic in the town. But he is a huge fan of star hero Surya (Upendra). One such simple fan... is fond of Mahalakshmi (Bhagyashree Borse), the daughter of theater owner Purushottam (Murali Sharma). In some way, the two fall in love with each other. But Purushottam wonders how he can give his daughter to a fan who is always running around for tickets in his theater. To win her love, Sagar challenges him to build an AC theater in his village, which lacks basic amenities including electricity and roads, and open with his favorite hero's 100th film. What Sagar did to meet the challenge he threw is the rest of the story. On the other hand, why did star hero Surya have to come looking for this fan in a remote village? This movie is the answer to the question of what Surya did for that hero.
Bhagyashree Borse played the female lead opposite Ram in this film. Their on-screen chemistry received a special response from the audience. Ram's energetic acting and Bhagyashree's beauty were the main attraction of the film. This film was produced by Y Ravi Shankar and Naveen Yerneni under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers.
