Congress cadres prepare for 137th foundation day

Telangana Congress Chief Revanth Reddy directed the party cadres to celebrate the 137th foundation day of the Indian National Congress (INC) on December 28. "According to the directives of the All India Congress Committee (AICC), we should all take part in the celebrations of the foundation day by flag hosting and honouring the senior leaders at party offices," he said.

He also asked to inform this generation about the Congress party founder leaders through speeches. "The party leaders at all levels should participate in this programme to make it successful. Photos and paper clips of the activities should be sent to Gandhi Bhavan," said the MP from Malkajgiri constituency.

The INC is about to enter its 137th year after completing 136 years of glorious history. It takes the opportunity to showcase party prestige and the proud legacy of their leaders. "Every person from Congress should be proud of the achievements made by the party. We should make the public aware of the Congress ideology through these programmes," he added.
