Hyderabad: Jayabheri group owner, former MP, actor and producer Murali Mohan revealed that the Hydra had given them notices. “But Jayabheri tried to explain that it had not indulged in any encroachments anywhere, on the complaint of the locals, HYDRA officials came to our site and found a shed of sheets for up to 3 feet in the buffer zone. The shed will come under the buffer zone of Gachibowli's Rangalal Kunta tank,” Murali Mohan said while noting that they are removing the shed by themselves.
He said he had been in the real estate sector for 33 years and had never indulged in any irregularities. He said although they sought 15 days time from HYDRA, they were going to remove the temporary shed by Tuesday evening. HYDRA Commissioner Ranganath inspected the tank area. He said as per the rules, action would be taken immediately if any violations were detected by them.
