India is working on bringing it's 26/11 Mumbai terror attack suspect Tahawwur Hussain Rana extradition to his home in the United States. The incident has also brought the spotlight to his close friend, David Coleman Headley, one of the main perpetrators of the 2008 attacks that killed 166 persons.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the Research and Analysis Wing( RAW) reportedly plan to extradite Tahawwur Rana after his legal sweats failed to block the repatriation and sixteen times have passed since FBI arrested him.
A Pakistani-origin US citizen named Headley admitted his involvement in the Mumbai attacks which caused almost three days of turmoil. The American prison sentence handed to him totals 35 years for terrorism charges connected to Mumbai attacks and his planned Danish newspaper assault.

Daood Sayed Gilani who came known as David Coleman Headley entered the world in Washington DC as the son of Pakistani diplomat Sayed Salim Gilani and his American partner Alice Serrill Headley.
David Headley attended a Pakistani boarding academy during his nonage before shifting to the United States where he came a bartender at his family's Philadelphia cantina . He formed connections with the Pakistan- grounded terrorist association Lashkar-e-Taiba( stop).
Authorities doomed him in 1998 to serve two times in captivity for trafficking heroin into the US from Pakistan. After leaving captivity Headley began working as an undercover surveillance agent for the US Drug Enforcement Administration( DEA) in Pakistan.
Headley completed training at five stop camps in Pakistan from 2002 to 2005 before carrying out five surveillance operations in India under Lashkar commands previous to the 2008 Mumbai attacks as reported by the US Department of Justice.
US authorities detained him in 2009 before he was suitable to execute farther attacks in Denmark. Headley entered a shamefaced plea for terrorism offenses and handed investigators with expansive information about stop conditioning and Pakistan's involvement.
