The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the admit cards for the National Defence Academy (NDA/NA) 2 and Combined Defence Services (CDS) 2 examinations. Candidates who registered for these prestigious defence entrance exams can now download their hall tickets from the official UPSC portal — upsconline.nic.in.
The written examinations for NDA and CDS are scheduled to be held on September 14, 2025.
How to Download UPSC NDA & CDS 2 Admit Card 2025
- Visit the official website: upsconline.nic.in
- On the homepage, click on the link for UPSC NDA, CDS 2 Admit Card 2025
- Enter your registration number and date of birth
- The admit card will appear on the screen
- Download and save it for future reference
The admit card contains important details such as the roll number, exam date, reporting time, venue, and exam-day instructions. Candidates must carry a printed copy of their admit card to the exam hall, as entry will not be permitted without it.
Exam Day Guidelines
- Entry to the exam hall will close at 9:50 am for Mathematics and 1:50 pm for the General Ability Test (GAT).
- Late candidates will not be allowed inside under any circumstances.
UPSC NDA, CDS 2 Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of two stages:
Written Examination:
- NDA/NA: Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT)
- CDS: Subject-specific papers depending on the academy applied for
SSB Interview: Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview, which assesses personality, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and overall suitability for a career in the armed forces.
