The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has made known the timetable for the interview for the candidates who passed the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2025. The personality tests are to be held between December 8 and 19, 2025, with two sessions every day.
As per the official announcement, the morning session is at 9 AM, and the afternoon session is set for 1 PM. The notification mentions that the interviews are being conducted as a result of the mains exam, the results of which were announced on November 11, 2025.
How to Access the Interview Schedule
By performing the following steps candidates will be able to check the interview dates allocated to them:
- Go to the official UPSC website www.upsc.gov.in.
- Find out the link named “Interview Schedule: Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2025”.
- Press the link to get a PDF file with the schedule information.
- Get the file and keep it on your device for future reference.
- Documents Required for Personality Test
- Interview candidates should bring the following:
- Proof of eligibility and educational qualifications
- Category or community certificates (if applicable)
- EWS certificates
- PwBD certificates
- TA claim form
- Any additional documents requested by the Commission
Timetable Update
650 candidate interviews have been released out of 2736 that made it to the next stage. The timetable for the remaining interviewees will be made available later.
The Commission will upload e-call letters for all shortlisted candidates at upsconline.gov.in and upsc.gov.in. The notice also points out that requests for changing the date or session of the interview will not be accepted.
Guidelines for Travel Expenses
The UPSC will refund the candidates' travel expenses who are going for the interview, which is limited to the fares for second-class and sleeper-class trains. In the case of candidates, two copies of the TA claim form with the return tickets' hard copies are to be submitted. The UPSC website is the source for the official forms that can be downloaded.
