The construction work is in progress as a result of which, two lanes of the stretch that connects Rethibowli and SD Eye Hospital have been closed. A caution is given to the travelers about the possible traffic jams, and at the same time, the authorities are suggesting them to avoid the PVNR Expressway section between Pillar No. 40 and Pillar No. 1 during the indicated time.
