SSC GD Physical Test 2025 Dates Announced: PET, PST & Medical Exam to Begin from August 20

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has officially released the SSC GD Physical Test 2025 schedule, which includes the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Document Verification (DV), and Detailed Medical Examination (DME). These tests will be conducted from August 20 to September 11, 2025 across 30 designated centres under various paramilitary forces like BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, AR, and others.
Over 3.9 Lakh Candidates to Appear for PST/PET
A total of 3,94,121 candidates—3,53,908 male and 40,213 female—who cleared the written exam have been shortlisted for the physical tests. The admit cards for the SSC GD Physical Test will be available 7 to 10 days before the exam at the official CRPF website: www.crpf.gov.in.

SSC GD Medical Exam & Visual Standards
Candidates who clear PET/PST will undergo a Detailed Medical Examination (DME) or Review Medical Examination (RME) to assess overall fitness.

Distant Vision: 6/6 (better eye), 6/9 (worse eye)
Near Vision: N6 (better eye), N9 (worse eye)
Color Vision: CP-2 standard
Correction Aids: Not permitted (including glasses)
Preparation Tips for SSC GD Physical Test
