Asaduddin Owaisi, the prominent Indian politician, has dismissed former Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi's recent controversial comments, calling him a "joker." The remarks came in response to Afridi's statement on the Pahalgam terror attack, where he accused India of killing its own people and blaming Pakistan for the incident.

When asked about Afridi's remarks, Owaisi expressed his discontent, saying, "Who is he? Why are you taking the name of a joker? Don't take names of jokers in front of me." Owaisi’s strong reaction was aimed at dismissing Afridi's comments, labeling them as irrelevant and unworthy of attention.
This incident is part of a series of inflammatory statements made by various Pakistani figures, including Afridi, following the Pahalgam attack. In a separate statement, Owaisi had also responded to Pakistan's Bilawal Bhutto’s provocative remarks about "blood flowing" in India, dismissing them as childish.
