In light of rising tensions between India and Pakistan, Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has issued an appeal to citizens urging them to refrain from unnecessary fuel and LPG purchases, highlighting that nationwide supply remains stable and unaffected.
IndianOil confirmed that its fuel depots and LPG distribution centers are fully stocked and operating without disruption. The public sector oil company stressed that supply chains across the country are functioning efficiently and there is no threat to fuel availability.
“There is no cause for alarm,” IOC stated via its official social media handle. “Fuel and LPG are available at all authorized outlets. We request the public to remain composed and not engage in panic buying, which may disrupt local supply logistics.”
The company’s statement comes amid growing concerns on social media and local reports of long queues at fuel stations in select cities.
