Winners must submit a claim form (available on the official site).

Prizes over ₹10,000 must be claimed at the Nagaland Office in Kolkata with valid ID and ticket proof.

As per Section 194B of the Income Tax Act, 1961, a 30% TDS will be deducted on winnings above ₹10,000.

Residents: 30% TDS

Non-Residents: 30% + surcharge + 4% education cess
