A tragic incident occurred on Wednesday as a ferry transporting passengers from Gateway of India to the Elephanta Caves capsized near Elephanta Island, off the coast of Mumbai. The mishap resulted in the deaths of two individuals, with five others still missing. The collision with a defense vessel is believed to have caused the capsizing, according to the Coast Guard.
