Mukesh Ambani Flies to Qatar; Meets Donald Trump, Qatar Emir

Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani met US President Donald Trump and Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani in Doha.

Ambani, who is Asia’s richest man, attended the state dinner for Trump at the Lusail Palace, joined by a London-based Indian business leader close to both the Trump and Qatar administrations.

Qatar's sovereign wealth fund, QIA has invested in Reliance-run businesses. Ambani maintains partnerships with US tech giants like Google and Meta.

The leaders didn’t discuss anything related to investment or business, Reuters reported.

Notably, this was Ambani’s second meeting with Trump since Trump came to power in January.
