Maha Kumbh 2025: AI-driven smart parking solutions for pilgrims in Prayagraj

With the world’s largest religious gathering, Maha Kumbh 2025, approaching, innovative solutions are being rolled out to enhance the experience for millions of devotees. Park+, an auto-tech super app, has launched Prayagraj’s first smart parking management system to streamline parking for pilgrims attending the mega event.

As the official parking partner for Maha Kumbh Mela 2025, Park+ allows pilgrims to discover, book, and prepay for parking spots at government-approved locations via its app. This initiative aims to accommodate over 25 lakh vehicles during the 45-day event, which is expected to draw more than 40 crore devotees.

Cashless Convenience with FASTag Integration

Car owners can use their FASTag to pay for parking without any human intervention, eliminating the need for cash transactions. The system includes 30+ government-approved parking zones with a total capacity of 5,00,000 vehicles, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Enhanced Facilities for Pilgrims

Park+ parking zones will provide 24x7 security, CCTV surveillance, EV charging stations, washrooms, food and beverage services, medical support, and vehicle maintenance stalls. The app’s AI-powered technology will also predict parking patterns, monitor fill rates, and identify EV charging needs for a superior user experience.

Additional Features

The app will alert car owners about pending challans and expired PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificates, ensuring compliance and convenience.
