Hyderabad: The Let’s Inspire Bihar (LIB) movement, one of India’s fastest-growing citizen-led development initiatives, is set to organise the Bihar Development Summit 2026 at T-Hub, Hyderabad, following the resounding success of its recently concluded Bihar @ 2047 Vision Conclave (Season 3) in Bengaluru.
Founded on March 22, 2021, by senior IPS officer Mr. Vikas Vaibhav, Let’s Inspire Bihar envisions the creation of a developed Bihar within a developed India by 2047. The movement is driven by a strong resolve that no citizen should be forced to migrate from Bihar for education, employment, or healthcare. Rooted in the principles of education, egalitarianism, and entrepreneurship, the campaign consciously transcends divisions of caste, religion, gender, and ideology.
Over the past few years, LIB has evolved into a national movement, connecting over 3 lakh individuals across India and abroad, including more than 20,000 entrepreneurs and senior corporate professionals. Through its chapters in multiple states and countries, the movement has been mobilising intellectual capital, professional expertise, and entrepreneurial energy to build a sustainable development ecosystem for Bihar.
The scale and impact of the movement were evident during the Bihar @ 2047 Vision Conclave (Season 3) held in Bengaluru, which saw participation from over 1,200 delegates, including nearly 900 entrepreneurs, industry leaders, IT professionals, start-up founders, academicians, and thought leaders from India and overseas. The conclave helped further refine the Bihar @ 2047 Vision Document, outlining long-term strategies for inclusive growth, employment generation, and institutional strengthening.
Encouraged by this overwhelming response, LIB is now extending the dialogue to Hyderabad—one of India’s leading start-up and innovation hubs. The summit aims to foster cross-regional collaboration and position Bihar as an emerging destination for investment, innovation, and enterprise creation.
The event will be graced by several eminent personalities, including Shri Etala Rajender (Hon’ble MP, Malkajgiri & Former Minister, Government of Telangana), Mr. Vikas Vaibhav, IPS, Shri Mithilesh Tiwari (Hon’ble MLA), Shri Rajeev Ranjan Singh (Hon’ble MLA), Shri Ratnesh Kumar Kushwaha (Hon’ble MLA), Maulana Kalbe Rushaid Rizvi, Shri Shamael Ahmed (National President, Private Schools Association), Shri Akhilesh Singh (Divine Public School), and Shri Sonu Sharma (BJP Leader), among others.
Speaking about the summit, the LIB leadership emphasised that entrepreneurship-driven development is critical to curbing migration and ensuring dignified livelihoods within Bihar. Discussions will focus on linking policy intent, investment interest, and grassroots aspirations, particularly in the areas of start-ups, MSMEs, skill development, and innovation-led growth.
Following the Hyderabad summit, the Bihar Development Summit 2026 will be organised at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi, on February 22, 2026, expected to emerge as a major national platform consolidating citizen participation, intellectual discourse, and institutional engagement around Bihar’s long-term development vision.
The Hyderabad press meet was led by Mr. Vikas Vaibhav, IPS, and attended by Dr. Saraj Kumar, Shri Rajeev Ranjan Kumar, Shri Alok Kumar Jha, Ms. Binita Jha, Shri Mohan Jha, Shri Yash Upadhyay, Shri Rohit Raj, Chandrajeet Choubey, and LIB Social Media Coordinator Shri Aashish Ranjan.
