Visakhapatnam: Union Minister of State for Electronics, IT, Skill Development and Jal Shakti Rajeev Chandrasekhar handed over 197 appointment letters at the twelfth edition of Rozgar Mela organised here on Monday and said the Union Government is committed to provide unprecedented opportunities to the youth beyond mere employment and job creation to include entrepreneurship as well.
He was addressing a huge meeting at the Visakhapatnam Port's Sagarmala Convention Centre. Later he held interaction with key players in the IT industry of Andhra Pradesh and promised to strengthen the ecosystem to bring more investments in various emerging domains like disruptive technologies. He said transparency in employment generation and recruitment process has been ensured ever since the NDA government was formed in 2014 under the leadership of Narendra Modi.
