ITC Dividend: Big payout in two parts
ITC Final dividend of Rs 7.85 per share will be added to the interval dividend which is Rs 6.50 per share.
The company ITC released an exchange statement on May 22, which declared that shareholders would be receiving an estimated final dividend of 7.85 rupees 7.85 for each ordinary share, valued at Rs. 1 for the fiscal year that ends on March 31st, 2025. This is if the dividend is officially approved in the 114th Annual General Meeting set for July 25, 2025. Eligible shareholders will be paid between July 28 until July 31, 2025.
ITC Dividend: Record date is May 28
To receive the dividend, your name must be registered as a shareholder on the record date. ITC established May 28 as the deadline to identify shareholders who qualify for the dividend. Holding ITC share price today by May 28 makes you eligible to receive the final dividend.

The dividend will be deposited into your account from July 28 through July 31 if the board gives approval during ITC’s 114th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 25.
ITC Q4FY25 snapshot
The net profit for the consolidated company increased to Rs19,727 crore during Q4, which was significantly affected by an one-time gain of Rs15,179 crore due to ITC Hotels' demerger. Excluding the one time gain from ITC Hotels demerger the net profit of the company reached Rs 4,875 crore which represented only a 0.8% increase in comparison to previous year.
The company achieved Rs 18,494 crore in standalone revenue which surpassed the Rs 16,907 crore reported in Q4FY24.
