IGBC launches spl drive for green project registrations
urges organisations and real estate developers to register their projects under the IGBC Rating systems
Hyderabad: Ahead of World Water Day (March 22), CII - Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) is organising fifth edition of IGBC Green Crusaders, a special project registration drive that highlights the importance of sustainable building practices for the conservation of precious water resources. C Shekar Reddy, Chairman of IGBC Hyderabad Chapter, urged the organisations and real estate developers to demonstrate their commitment to the creation of a more sustainable future by registering their projects under the IGBC Rating systems on or before March 20, 2024.
He said, “IGBC ratings signify a proactive approach toward resource efficiency and environmental responsibility. All the participating organisations will be honored during a special felicitation ceremony, ‘IGBC Green Crusaders’ on March 22, 2024 at CII- Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Center, Hyderabad.” The IGBC Hyderabad Chapter chairman asked all the builders and developers to be a part of the IGBC Green Crusaders movement. “Let's come together to champion water conservation through green building initiatives,” he said.
