Hyderabad: Hyderabad has witnessed a sharp increase of 21 per cent year-on-year (YoY) in registrations of residential properties at 6,938 units in February 2024 as compared to 5,725 units in the same months last year, says a report. As per the latest report from Knight Frank India, the total value of properties registered in the city during the month stood at Rs 4,247 crore which was higher by 42 per cent YoY, indicating a movement towards sale of higher value homes.
The Hyderabad residential market includes four districts namely Hyderabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Rangareddy and Sangareddy and covers home sales pertinent to the primary and secondary real estate markets.
