COVID-19: Active Cases Climbed To Over 1000 In India

India on Monday reported a total of 1009 active COVID-19 cases in the country, said the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. As per the Health Ministry, India's COVID-19 update showed a total of 1009 active cases, with 752 new cases recently confirmed. In fact, right now the surge in cases indicates that the coronavirus is slowly spreading its legs strongly.

If we talk about state-wise data, Kerala is the most coronavirus-affected state at this time with 430 active and registered cases. After this comes Maharashtra with 203 active cases, Delhi with 104 active cases, and Gujarat with 8 active cases. The process of monitoring and treatment is going on by the health department in these states.
