BPSC 71st Prelims 2025: Exam Centre Details Released at bpsc.bihar.gov.in, Check Guidelines Here

The 71st CCE Prelims Test is scheduled to take place on September 13, 2025, in 37 districts and 912 centres. Participants can access the updated e-admit cards from the BPSC candidate portal. On these updated documents, the address history centre is fielded and is now augmented with complete sets of functional addresses. The BPSC allocated these “exam centre[s]” addresses. The e-admit cards can now be updated to display the complete address fields rather the previous iteration which included the city code and the centre code. During the October 2023 recording period and until the centre code system interface goes live, the following procedure shall be followed. Participants can log into the portal and will be routed to the My Account Section where they will track the listed advertisement and click on View/Download. Upon logging during the scheduled timeframe, the system will display the functional address of the “exam centre”.

Updates Exam Centre Details Available

Withdrawal from the centre will not be permitted until the complete set of instructions has been outlined. With 37 districts and 912 centres, an estimated the approximate value of 4.70 lakh participants will be confirmed. Participants will not be permitted to enter the 11:00 AM zone and will be entering from 9:30 AM range. You are highly encouraged to commence 1 hour prior from the scheduled timeframe if they wish to participate. The scheduled timeframe is daily between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Participating is encouraged on the allocated date: September 13, 2025. The page shall not be live during the period of October 2023 and the live centre code will be interface system. To improve the results in the candidate portal, participants must adhere to the instructions on this page.

Essential Documents for the Examination Day

As described in the new guidelines for candidates, especially for those who aren't able to clearly remember the photos or sign the admit cards, BPSC has undertaken some document attestation procedures which must be completed:

• The Declaration Form which can be printed from the BPSC official site must have a passport size photograph attested by a gazzeted officer, dated, and signed in both the Hindi and English Languages.
• The two passport size color photograph with the stamp of a professional Gazzeted Officer - one to be placed on the e-admit card and the other for the supperintendent of the centre's office copy.
• Government issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License).
• Permission will only be granted following the completion of document verification by the exam center superintendent.

Instructions for admit card printing

• Print at least two copies from the updated e-admit card which must be clear.
• Barcodes and roll numbers must be clearly identifiable.
• Any inconsistencies can result in disqualification or denial of entry.

• Go to bpsonline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login.
• Key in the necessary credentials and sign in.
• Head over to the My Account area and locate the advertisement on BPSC 71st CCE Prelims.
• Click the View/Download Button on the side of the admit card.
• It is important to keep several copies for the exam.
