Blinkit Unveils New Feature: Add Items Also After Your Order Is Placed — No More Reordering Hassles!

A new very modern feature has just been introduced by Blinkit which eliminates one of the most frequent issues that online shoppers have — to forget an item right after placing an order.
Even if it’s the weekly grocery, kid’s snacks or health items, all of us have been in that situation when after hitting the Confirm button, we realize that there was something else we needed.
Up to now, this had implied placing a separate order and incurring extra delivery charges. But this is a thing of the past!
Forget Something? Blinkit Is There For You
This latest update from Blinkit now allows the users to add items even after the order is placed, as long as that order is still in the packing process, which is a really cool thing. No more frustration, no repeated delivery fees and no unnecessary waiting time.
This feature will make the ordering experience a lot smoother, more flexible and much more convenient — especially for busy households.
The Upgrade Is Announced By CEO Albinder Dhindsa
Blinkit’ s CEO Albinder Dhindsa took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce the new feature, stating that it was one of the most demanded requests from the customers. He said that now the shoppers can simply go to their active order and add more products before it is dispatched— and the great news is that there are no extra delivery charges for these additional items.
Dhindsa urged the customers to test out the new feature and give their feedback so that the platform could do more to improve their shopping experience.
With this update, Blinkit has again cemented its place among India’s most user-friendly quick-commerce platforms.
