Apple’s ‘Shop with a Specialist over Video’ now live in India, allowing iPhone purchases through secure video calls.

Apple has introduced its ‘Shop with a Specialist over Video’ feature in India, offering customers a new, interactive way to explore and purchase Apple products through a live, one-way video call—just in time ahead of the highly anticipated iPhone 17 launch.
India becomes only the second country globally to get access to this personalized shopping service, marking a major push by Apple to strengthen its online retail experience in one of its fastest-growing markets.

- Learn about trade-in offers, financing plans, and accessories
- Receive customized product recommendations
The feature is designed to replicate the in-store experience virtually, making it easy for customers across metro cities and smaller towns alike to access Apple’s premium support.
