Visakhapatnam: IT,Electronics and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh on Sunday said they are adopting an integrated approach with a comprehensive action plan to convert Visakhapatnaman Economic Region (VER) comprising four districts into a $1 trillion economy by 2047.
He told the media here that they are implementing various proactive policies to make Andhra Pradesh into a $2.4 trillion economy as part of Swarnaandhra Vision unveiled by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
"We find a lot difference in Hyderabad today and what it was 30 years ago. Our efforts are to achieve such success here in 10 years," he said, indicating that Hyderabad's success will be replicated in Visakhapatnam, the largest city in Andhra Pradesh in a record time.
