Safexpress Unveils Ultra-Modern Logistics Park In Vijayawada

Vijayawada: Safexpress, India’s leading supply chain and logistics company, inaugurated its state-of-the-art logistics park here on Tuesday.

Strategically located on Chennai Kolkata NH-16, Savaragudem, Gannavaram mandal in Krishna district, the facility marks a significant step in enhancing logistics infrastructure in the region. Senior dignitaries from Safexpress graced the launch event.

Spread across 3.5 lakh square feet, the Vijayawada facility is equipped with advanced transhipment and 3PL capabilities. It is designed to support the growing warehousing and distribution needs of businesses in the area, ensuring faster and more efficient supply chain connectivity. The cross-dock setup allows simultaneous loading and unloading of over 100 vehicles. An impressive column-free span of over 80 feet enables seamless movement of goods within the facility, while 16-feet wide cantilever sheds provide all-weather loading and unloading operations.

Vijayawada is the second largest city after Visakhapatnam and a major commercial hub in the Andhra Pradesh, known for its diverse industries including textiles, agro-processing, automobile body building, and pharmaceuticals.
