Naidu To Celebrate 75th B’Day Abroad

Amaravati: Taking a short break from his busy schedule, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will celebrate his 75th birthday abroad on April 20.

Though he initially decided to celebrate the landmark birthday here, he changed the decision following a word from the PMO that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had agreed to relaunch capital development works at Amaravati on May 2. Originally, he was expected in the third week of April.

Sources in TDP said Naidu will leave for Europe on a five-day trip from New Delhi. On his return, he is expected to meet Union Ministers to pursue sanction of additional grants for Polavaram and other projects on April 23.
