Naidu hails adoption of Amaravati Bill

Amaravati: Amaravati Bill has been adopted in both the Houses of Parliament setting the stage to make Amaravati legally the lone capital of Andhra Pradesh.
On Thursday, AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, IT, Electronics and Education Minister Nara Lokesh and others thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his team for the smooth passage of the Bill for enactment of the amendment to make Amaravati as the capital in the AP Reorganisation Act.

Earlier, Lokesh called on PM Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and parties supporting the Bill for granting legal status to Amaravati."
