2025: Sri T.G. Bharath, Minister for Industries & Commerce and Food Processing T.G. Bharath on Thursday called for a strong India–Europe partnership to lead the next industrial revolution through Industry 5.0, anchored in “technology, talent, and trust.”
Speaking at a session on “Enabling Industry 5.0 through New Age Manufacturing” at the CII India–Europe Business Partnership Roundtable, part of the 30th Partnership Summit 2025 here, the Minister highlighted that Industry 5.0 is not just an update to Industry 4.0, but a transformation that demands responsible industrialisation and human-centric innovation.
He said, “We are witnessing dramatic automation, AI-led predictive factories, and clean circular manufacturing. India has the talent, and Europe has the precision; together, we can do magic.”
Commending the forward-looking leadership of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and HRD and IT Ministe Nara Lokesh, Bharath said Andhra Pradesh is already undergoing a technology-driven transformation.
“Policy 4.0 has strengthened the four pillars of the State’s industrial ecosystem,” he noted, while emphasizing the need to build green manufacturing corridors and unlock MSME productivity.
