International Workplace Group (IWG), the world's largest platform for work with brands including HQ, Spaces and Regus, has announced the opening of its first-ever HQ-branded flexible workspace in Vijayawada at Bricks and Palms. The new centre responds to rising demand for agile office solutions in fast-growing regional cities and provides local businesses with access to premium workspaces supported by their global network and digital platform. The launch of the centre in Andhra Pradesh marks a key milestone in the company’s India growth story, building on record-breaking performance across the first three quarters of 2025. During this period, the company signed 831 new locations globally while achieving record system-wide revenue of $1.1 billion in Q3 alone (4 per cent YoY growth), alongside strong EBITDA and cash generation. This expansion reflects IWG's capital-light partnership model driving rapid network growth, with a pipeline of 1,90,000 additional rooms set to generate over $1.6 billion in annual revenues at maturity. HQ centre offers premium, fully furnished flexible office spaces designed to support a diverse range of businesses.
