CREDAI is expecting a huge response from the prospective home-buyers during the 11th CREDAI Visakhapatnam Property Expo being held here on December 19 and 20.

The hosting of CII Partnership Summit in the city on November 14 and 15, the announcement of Minister for IT, Electronics and HRD Nara Lokesh that they are expecting to ink MoUs worth Rs.9.8 lakh crore, the decision of Google to set up AI Data Center Hub with an investment of $15 billion and several other big ticket projects will propel a realty growth in Visakhapatnam, CREDAI office-bearers stated here during a curtain-raiser event.

The curtain-raiser for the three-day 11th CREDAI Visakhapatnam Property Expo–2025, scheduled to be held at the Gadiraju Palace and Convention Centre, was organised at a city hotel on Monday. District Collector M.N. Harendhira Prasad attended as the chief guest and launched the curtain-raiser event. SBI Deputy General Manager (Business and Operations), Visakhapatnam, Rahul Sankritya,was present. The forthcoming expo is expected to attract a large number of visitors, investors, and real estate enthusiasts.

Speaking on the occasion, CREDAI Visakhapatnam Chapter chairman V. Dharmender,president E. Ashok Kumar, and secretary V. Sreenu highlighted the significance of the property expo to the city’s real estate landscape. They noted that the event serves as a comprehensive platform, bringing together a wide range of property options under one roof and providing buyers and investors an opportunity to explore Visakhapatnam’s expanding property market.

Expo convener Ch. Govinda Raju said the exhibition will feature around 70 stalls, showcasing residential and commercial projects. He added that the expo would not only offer a variety of real estate choices but also facilitate professional interaction and guidance from industry experts.

Raja Srinivas, convenor for Emerging Cities, CREDAI National, B Srinivas Rao, CREDAI AP State president also spoke on the occasion. Past chairmen, sponsors, exhibitors, and members of the builder fraternity participated in the curtain-raiser event.
