CII Holds Biz Transformation Workshop For Entrepreneurs

Visakhapatnam: Chairman, CII Visakhapatnam DVS Narayana Raju has applauded the energy and dedication of entrepreneurs, highlighting that the challenges they face today lead to greater success tomorrow and stronger family bonds.

He was speaking at the two-day 2-day Business Transformation Workshop for Entrepreneurs here organised under the aegis of CII Centre of Excellence for Employment and Livelihood (CII CEL)

Raju emphasised that entrepreneurs never retire but always strive to improve and grow their businesses. He encouraged all entrepreneurs regardless of company size to dream big, visualise growth, and keep moving forward, irrespective of any skill gaps, stressing the importancof continuous growth and dedication.

Dr Avinash Chilukuri, Managing Director & CEO, Chilukuri Healthcare Pvt Ltd, shared that the workshop helped him understand that in marketing, the best-known product usually becomes the best-selling one, in sales, it’s important to treat it as a team effort, stay consistent, and track progress regularly, in HR, he appreciated learning a simple method to identify good and bad performers and in accounts, he realized that the more we engage with numbers, the more confident we become in managing them. He concluded by saying that for entrepreneurs, the true goal is to make a positive difference in society.

Director, Vivrata Industries Pvt Ltd Jeevan Jyoti Volla said the workshop has been very helpful for all types of entrepreneurs, regardless of turnover. It covered essential topics like sales, marketing strategies, and how to build a business from scratch. The session also provided basic knowledge on AI and digital tools. The trainers interacted with everyone, and all participants contributed to the discussions, bringing insights from diverse sectors. She requested that this program be continued in the future.
